ARMY RU8D Scale Model
Own and display a piece of history. Working with an artisan in the Philippines, we were able to provide drawings, pictures and detailed information to have replicas made of the famous United States Army RU8D Twin Bonanza S/N 59-2540. It is a scale model of the original that is displayed at the NSA headquarters at Ft. Meade Maryland. The markings are hand painted and the wingspan on the model is 15 1/5 inches. If you were a Vietnam veteran, you probably have seen these in the air.
Now that the design of the model has been completed, we are able to have these reproduced at a reasonable price, when ordered in quantities. We have several in stock and they will be sold on a first come first come basis, after which we will accept an order from you with the understanding that the delivery time could be approximate 5 weeks or so.
